when i instal joomla it was working perfect but after the hosting had the problem with PHP and SQL no joomla is tellin me that the file are unwriteable (like config.php, or language.php) can someone help find a solution for this

since the DB was erased, now i was trying to create a new one but i was unable to do it...>? can some one give a reason or a solution for this please?

i have problems with my joomla folder because now the folders are unwriteable so i cant upload my file through joomla, plus the site is down right now, i wanna know if u have some problems with the server and how can i change the folders to writeable?

what happen is that according to the site i dont have priviliges to make a data base...i dont have any data base...so it is impossible that i have a lot of data bases... can u see what is the problem??

what happen is that before the restoring they were supposed to move my account ot a new server so i dont know if it will be the same address, but i think that i should wait until the server gets fine and then ask for help if theres any problem??? no???
