If you still struggle DONT type your user as you first entered it. Only the password. Type the user all in small letters.

Found out from them that you cannot stack them. You have to wait till the year is finished before purchasing another. So hope this will at least answer for future members who ask the same thing. :)

Try typing the user using only small letters and the password with Upper and lower case as you entered it. I found that I was typing my user with upper and lower as well. That was my mistake.

Are Moderators not supposed to Check and advise on that though. Is it not ultimately up to them to say whether or not is was actual flaming and then (and only then) can a warning be issued?

Agreed. But it is not as user friendly as Windows. More powerful, yes, but can be difficult for those who dont know it.
