very simple and flat, the template or banner itself has no depth and is very very green i personally dislike this, but whatever floats your boat

it looks ok but i dont see the reason for having a splash page, also the banner on the forum is too big and breaks the page

the template you created does not associate itself in anyway to what the company does, it is too red and hard on the eyes. For a company like that you would want to go more towards the proffesional side of templates, and do not make a template out of one color, its horrible.

photoshop is easily the best program with the best design features for designing, hence why it is used by proffesionals ;)
