Is it possible to change the color of the Yahoo ads for the corporate plan? I switched to Advanced because I devote quite a bit of time to designing the forums for my guild, and the yahoo ads destroy the look of the page.

I'm having a problem.. I can't view my files from a web browser. My file is stored at AccountName.x10hosting.com/forum/sm_install.php. It shows up on my FTP, but will not open in a web broswer when I type http://AccountName.x10hosting.com/forum/sm_install.php. It says that there is no file there.

Is it possible to change my plan type? I'm hosting an IPB forum for my guild, and I'm not sure that I need a Corporate plan. Is it possible to downgrade my account? And if so, if I find later that I made a mistake, and need that extra BW/space, can I upgrade again?

How exactly do I connect to my FTP? I've used FTP before, but for some reason I cannot connect, no matter how I try. Can somebody help me out?
