Did you setup a mail account in cPanel, or just a mail forwarder? And you can stop it from going to junk mail by whitelisting it in hotmail.

This seems to be a recurring issue. Have you tried changing it back to the old subdomain and then rechanging it to the co.cc? If you have and it didn't solve the issue, then this needs to be escalated to staff.
