Hey Guys Was wondering If i have php or if to set it up and and if so where do i do that at ? I tried to do a php page but it kept shows just the codes

Everytime i try to send a email with an attachment i keep getting an email back sayin cant go thru .. And the file is of course less then 50M Why Is This ? Anyone know why ?
