Most often, such scripts are nulled with duped license files.so if you are really confident of the purchase and have all necessary documentation of the purchase, i think you will not face a Priacy related ban. But still you have to optimize the script not to get you to the high resource usage...

Softaculous should install dolphin successfully.Then check the file permissions in the folder where dolphin is installed. Then try installing manually in a separate folder but check if all folders are given 755 and all files are given 644 permission.
