The only thing I can think of is if the file names might have upper case. (File.pdf) is different from (file.pdf); the Unix system operates in lowercase.

If the pdf files are over 10mb, they will be removed also. I had this happen to pdf files I had posted when x10 implemented the limit. I had to break the pdf files into multiple files less than 10mb to keep the content on my site.

I am not a Twitter user, but I have had this happen in other instances. I was able to get a workaround by placing brackets around the x10 URL with a note to remove the brackets when entering the URL into the browser search window (example: <myurl.x10.mx>).

It has been a year and a half since the last update pertaining to x10 services and plans. Can we expect an update soon?

Most likely, the mp4 file with it's hidden files are over the 10MB limit, which triggers the automatic removal. Place your video on a video hosting site and link to it from your x10 site.

My advise would be to get away from G-Mail, Hotmail, and any other e-mail providers causing problems and reapply for free space at x10. You've lost your site and have no back-up. Rebuild and save a back-up off site.

This is a hard lesson but now maybe you will make an off-line backup of any future web site you construct. This should be done whether you remain at x10 or go to another host. You are the ultimate one responsible for your own data.
