Your domain is configured correctly on our end. How have you pointed it to x10hosting? The best way is to point it to x10hosting nameservers (NS): ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com . You can also choose to use A records, which you have to point to: 74.86.240.236.

To create the database you need to do it on cPanel. After you've created the database, you'll be able to administrate it on PhpMyAdmin (create, modify & delete tables, content, etc.).

I've manually run a command to update all statistics for all the domains. It may take a while (give it up to 24hs) as it has to update all the domains/subdomain for all the accounts on the server. If in 24hs your Awstats haven't updated, please re-open this thread.
