Thanks for the reply but unfortunately i can not access the cpanel. Only ftp. There a thread link on my first post which we user of that server had problem accessing cpanel.

You must login via https://x10hosting.com/sso/login to reset the inactivity days, not directly to cpanel it does not count.

If your site hosted on this https://xo1.x10hosting.com server when you login into cpanel and you receive this error "Cpanel a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive", you can check this thread also...

As of now, all free hosting can't upload ssl certficate and install to server. Other way to used ssl certificate via cloudflare.

Check your disk space available first. Temporary space available must be greater than the total of your wordpress installation. And since this generated file export will greater than 10 megabytes it will deleted automatically by the system after some time.

Have you check your mx record too.?

Nice your only problem is webmail only? What cpanel theme are you using. All my mail communication are handle by a remote mail service offered by google. Still i cant access via cpanel button and direct link to cpanel

His current provider is on sale its $ 5.99 shared hosting for free in a month so it load faster for a fee. I take a look on their free tier and its only 1000mb disk space. I just look on a hosting check site where he currently host his site.

Nothing, we were on the same boat. Its their side problem not us. There is nothing we can do on our side to fix it. Are you on same server mention here on this thread as us.
