The only open ports on free hosting are the ports necessary to run a webserver, namely 80 and 443 (as well as others for different services).
We cannot open ports due to security reasons. For this, you would need a VPS.
Free comes with a 1GB limit, but that can be lifted.

It does indeed look that it might be an accessibility issue.. that link isn't necessarily a link.. as it uses Javascript to change the url.. Is it at all possible for you to enable javascript so you can switch the theme?

The forum account linked to your hosting account is springshade77, for the record. You can re-link it in the account panel. I'll change your account to x10Basic.
There's currently no hosting account linked to your forum account.. so I can't change it for you.. but there's a link at the top of cPanel to switch to x10Basic.. which is where you'll find the options to get support.
MySQL usernames and passwords aren't to login to PHPMyAdmin.. that's an entirely different configuration. The usernames are used to grant access to a user on a database so they can perform functions (such as inserting, deleting, updating, etc)
