No problem. Yeah, they have that email which they reply to now and a telephone number.
Because FTP error 220 means that a new user/client is trying to establish a connection.
Hm, I'm not sure. But, it won't hurt to shoot the Support team an email from the email associated with your account, tell them your username and that you're receiving an FTP error code 220 with correct login credentials.

As said on the recent post. I doubt they'll do it, it'll be a lot of work because it's linked to your account and all of its information linking to your domain name and its records.
So, it didn't work trying to login to your account using the FTP information that's provided as Quick FTP when you login? Did you create any FTP Accounts?
I'm pretty sure they won't be able to do so or just won't because your username is associated with your x10 domain and other files. It'd be a huge hassle.

I'm personally a custom Web Developer but I design my church's website and they want to use WordPress.
Apparently WordPress released an update (somewhere, I'm not too sure) that is basically like mandatory. My IT Partner at the church sets up the WordPress and I make the website...
Can you please explain why you think you're not allowed to upload anymore images?
We have a diskspace limit quota.
Example:
You can't upload full Laravel projects (including nodes); it exceeds the diskspace quota .
Hey,
So x10 is very strict. You must use their service using the IP Address used to register your account with. Also, if you do use a VPN or Proxy your account will be permanently disabled.
