FYI: A good website traffic logger is Statcounter.com - fairly easy to install (code snippet on each page being tracked), and its' dashboard is more user-friendly. It also has a Free Plan if you only want to see basic stats. Been using it for years, very happy with it :)

Oops, I spoke too soon: The site & WP loaded, but after clicking one link the site failed again with the same traceroute. By any chance does X10 use Cloudflare and immunify360? If so, perhaps this could be the problem? Cloudflare Caching Issue...
