Did you log in to the forums, CPanel or your account? You have to log in to these forums once a month. You do not have to post but stay on at least 5 minutes so the system recognizes you.

Is there a problem with Cossacks? I can get to Cpanel but not my web site or the back end. Or just server traffic.

Fantastico and Softaculous are not working right now.

You have to log in to the forums at least once every 31 days but do not have to post. When you log in you need to stay at least a few minutes for the system to log your visit and not suspend you.

Vishal2, this is happening to me as well. This happens when you click on either the softaculous or fantastico link from CPanel so it doesn't pertain to any perticular script. http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/120204-fantastico.html

I am getting the exact same errors as fusili. Like fusili, I was just clicking on the links from CPanel just to look around. I have Prestashop installed so I have been able to get in them before.

This has been happening with softaculous also for me.

I have the same issue and an open support ticket. I see now when I go into my account it says to swap forum user names? But when I entered a new user name it gives me this: The email address stored under the client account is already is use on our forums.
