If you inundate them with tickets, they'll just ignore you or ban you from Support. This is a free service & there aren't many resources for labour intensive support problems. What have their responses to your tickets been?

This is Community Support section. Staff don't often look thru here, & the one's that do may not know the answer. You should have more luck if you open a Support ticket. Give them full details, & don't bump your ticket or it sends it to the back of the queue again.
