They don't come much better than Filezilla in my opinion.

I prefer having a real domain - then you're the legal owner, whats going to happen to all the co.cc domains if co.cc goes bankrupt or if something.

I use GMail - faster than hotmail, better spam filter, plus pop/smtp support. Out of those names though I'd have msn because its easier to remember.

Why not just dual boot Windows and Linux and decide which you think is best for you?

Your site is too wide, you should also change the text colour to something a little darker so that it stands out more - The banner at the top is the first thing you see and ruins it for me as it was grainy .This is just being picky now but you user name and password boxes aren't lined up...

Your site looks very tidy - but make it wider, you're wasting a lot of space plus I don't really like the colour of the background - it's too brown. If you want to keep the background colour then I suggest changing you header colour from blue to green.

Your sites design is nice, I like it - just change the font style and colour of the title so that it is easier to read, Maybe change the colour of the black text just so that is grabs the attention of the reader and put your page rank button in between your CSS button and copyright information...
