What features are standard for Admin Control Panels? I currently have a User list, rank settings, and a password changer.

The Prime banner looks more like the Staff banner should. Subconsciously, when I see a large red banner, I think Admin. However when I see a small blue banner, I hardly notice it until I get to looking.

While the new theme looks very nice, is there a way to use the previous one? I think this theme isn't for me, but great work on it if I like themes like this it would look great! One suggestion though, the big text/logo at the top that says "x10 Community Forums" should probably link to the "x10...

On the https://x10hosting.com/wiki/Plan_comparison page, it says that Python, Perl, and CGI are enabled, but in the https://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-comparison page it says they are all disabled. Which is more accurate, and why aren't they the same?

Both cPanel and the Basic say I am using 2/4 databases, but when I go to create a MySQL database, it says I reached the max. I noticed the Basic said that PostgreSQL databases can be made through cPanel, and when I tried that, it said it was offline.
