Was using my HP DV6812nr the other day and it shut off on me and wouldnt restart. I figure the motherboard or something is gone bad so i'm just going t have to buy a new laptop. After this experience with HP i'm not sure I want to buy another, so what do you guys think is the better, HP or Sony?

Ok, I got a new account, virtualairj.x10hosting.com But when I try to set up my domain, www.virtualairj.com , with my new account, it says the domain is in use with another account. Ladyanna could you help me out?

I dont think you have to do that. If you have patience your account will be restored but your files wont be there.

From what I read, it seems they will restore the actual accounts but the filed wont be there.

Well I suppose I could have my filed uploaded again as long as my account is back, which its not. Will the MySQL databases still be there?

Thanks for the update Corey! My site has been down for more than a week, cant access my cpanel or the regular control panel. I opened a support ticket a couple days ago, they said they will fix the cpanel issue the next day. Still cant access my cpanel, control panel or website. Is this supposed...
