I think an iframe is a new(er) version of the frame. It basically sets an internal link to another page which is viewed in the page its embedded in according the the parameters set. I wouldn't use iframes, they are messy and out of style anyways...I think you can get the same results with php...

Can't you just give it a height:15px value?

If you are just using a solid color, I don't see why you just don't use a 1x1 side file....

I would say that the 15x5 would be faster. The file size will be smaller, so once the browser loads it into its cashe (did I spell that right?), it will just repeat it until it fills the specifies area.

I agree, <center>, <br>, and <font> tags aren't really used anymore because CSS is a much better way to do it. Also, if you are going to use those, make sure you close the tags when your one. So instead of <br> make sure you use <br />. I would also replace the tables, divs are lot better and...

I think that money can be a means to happiness. Money can allow you to buy things which you make have been unable to before. The money itself isn't what makes you happy, but the experiences and memories that can go along with the things which you buy and can share with loved ones.

Its mostly a matter of personal preference. Obviously you want to use colors which are easy on the eyes, bright yellows and lime green would be bad choices. I personally like darker colors like blues and dark grays, but its ultimately up to you.
