I have my website on stoli, and I'm having this very same issue. CPanel just is not loading, the same history also applies to the websites. Maybe the server is experiencing a excessive load, or an issue.

All the commands that are between <? and ?> will always execute as long they are loaded from an php file. For example, if you add: echo "hello world"; and load it in the browser, at the end of your file you'll have that text printed (Now, if the browser display it, is another issue) But...

There is not any "ad-plan" any longer. This have been discussed before, the staff removed it because all the free hosting accounts will get unlimited space and bandwidth (as far I know) Of course, you'll still have the limitations on the number of databases, domains, mails, etc.

Mm... due the output, it appears that you are not giving a valid image as an argument to the function "imagecopyresized" (but it is a warning, not a error) Also, the other errors are related to sending information to the browser once the header set was already sent... not truly important...

This is a issue that has been kinda present for some days by now. There have been some words about what might be causing it on the feedback forum, but yet, it is a bit annoying when it happens, but hopefully, given the time, it will be fixed.

Mmm... maybe I suspect that you uploaded a .htaccess file to it? :3 It does usually broke the entire site if it has a syntax error or alike. Also, you can see the "error_log" file in your account to see if it does provide any useful information.

Just the x10 login page is having the issue. The CPanels just work perfectly.

Websites appear to be working (they did stopped briefly, but returned), and the login to the CPanel is fine (use an address like https://yourserver.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ to login) ... is just the x10 that is having problems, but not sure if you can unsuspend your account from CPanel.

Stoli had a major hiccup a few minutes ago, but it appears that it works again. Just the webserver was having problem, because the FTP was working fine.
