few things which you need to do would be having a logout page first to clear the cookies. Once the user is logged you should show the member page . If not you should redirect it to some page with the message that you are not logged-in and provide the link to login again.

what were u hosting on your site ... most of the time it happens is that by mistake you run some script it happens with blog like wordpress ... So be sure to click on any click and make sure its not some perl script or other which get executed with admin permission
