its ok site back up again

web site is down is anywork being done on the server

getting this General Error SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ] #07000(proxy) all backends are down [1105]

works some times then it goes down been like this for last few days i post somthing on it then hit to post to something new it website goes down ,then if i hit f5 etc site goes down as well some times it maybe take 3 times to post stuff on due for it timing out etc

my website keeps going down beeen doing this for about 30 mins now or somtimes i can get other time si cant
