I believe once you have submitted your order you will need to open a ticket via the designtiers website. Once that is done they should provide some ETA. Since this is a free service there is no time frame really during this promotion.

No your account will not be suspended if this occurs. You may see brief downtime 503 errors or similar while the resources are re-allocated but you should not be suspended. Our limits are hard limits so the service will stop working during this time of usage.
You do not need to know your existing direct admin password to change your password. That is to change your client dashboard password.
To change your direct admin password you need to navigate to Services > Click on the name of your Service > Change Password.

We did use to have an upgraded plan that offered this but our current system is not designed or setup for this.

How you are accessing your service ( if its WordPress etc) is causing our system to trigger a brueforce. Can you please confirm you are accessing your services via our dashboard and not Directadmin directly?
