Hi, Thanks for the reply. Curiously, it has returned this morning. Yes, I had a website added, and had been using both the file manager and ftp successfully. Yesterday, however, it had just gone. The files were obviously still there as the site was accessible from the web. Just not via control...

I've been using the basic hosting for just over a week. When I log in to view the control panel it says "You don't have any websites added". But I do! The site is still online (accessible from the usual URL), but I can't access file manager, ftp, etc. Any suggestions?
