I've been using the basic hosting for just over a week. When I log in to view the control panel it says "You don't have any websites added". But I do! The site is still online (accessible from the usual URL), but I can't access file manager, ftp, etc. Any suggestions?

Hi bex280x1,
In our x10Hosting Basic control panel, your files are organised into "websites". If you have not created a website, you can do so to access the appropriate site buttons.
Have you already "added a website" before? If not, please could you try to do so?

Thanks for the reply. Curiously, it has returned this morning. Yes, I had a website added, and had been using both the file manager and ftp successfully. Yesterday, however, it had just gone. The files were obviously still there as the site was accessible from the web. Just not via control panel or ftp.
Anyway, all is well at the moment...
