You can add the domain as "Parked Domains" on cPanel. Remember that you need to point your domain to x10hosting nameservers: ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com

When you add a subdomain or Addon domain, you need to wait for the 6-12hs process for your PHP version to update again. Please be patient.

What's the domain/subdomain you're trying to register? It seems it's already registered by someone else.

Check the error_log, is it showing any error?
