The domain is added corretly as "Addon Domains" for your account. You need to point the domain to x10hosting nameservers for it to work: ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com I've just checked and they are not pointing to x10: http://who.is/whois-com/ip-address/tbcgamers.com/
