    Hello, When the accounts are terminated, we can't restore anything of the account (files, data bases) the termination delete everything in your hosting account. You can create a new hosting account in x10hosting.com

    Hello, Yeah, don't worry i'll help you with your issue :) Humm, try changing your cPanel password, you can change it in your AMP (x10hosting.com/panel.php), login > "Change cPanel password" > save the changes :)

    Hello, Nope, you cPanel username/password are differents thath your forum/AMP details :) Please login in your AMP (x10hosting.com/panel.php) and check your username and change your cPanel password :) Also, the cPanel username have the limit of 8 digits :)
