Hello, Please post the contents of the .htaccess file you have in the public_html directory. If using the cPanel file manager you'll need to enable the viewing of dotfiles to see it. Also, verify that NOTHING is CHMOD 777. Generally, files should be 644 and folders 755. Thanks.

Clear your browser cache (again), flush your DNS (as admin if using vista/win7), cycle your browser, then try again.

I assume it would need approval, but you would be best opening a ticket in the clients' area about this, as this is mainly free hosting support.
