You need to log into the account panel (https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php) not cPanel. cPanel accounts are disabled when an account is suspended.

Hello, There isn't much you can do, other than to make your site as efficient as possible. I'd consult with Wordpress about that. Some sites are just too much for the limitations on free hosting, so a paid package may be your only option.
