I'm not certain, but you might try changing your Index.html to index.html. Edit: looking through your Index Of/ page, I see that that is your problem. Your urls are case sensitive. So, Index.html is not the same as index.html. and portfolio.html is not the same as portfolio.HTML. So you'll have...
