Hello, Please check that file/folder permissions inside public_html are not 777. Also, please post the contents of the .htaccess file in public_html. If using cPanel file manager you'll need to enable the viewing of hidden/dotfiles to see this. It may be easier via FTP. Thanks.

Hello, Have you tried deleting the contents of the public_html or www folder(s) via FTP and/or cPanel file manager? There is no "reset button" as such for accounts. To return to its default state it would need to be terminated and re-created. Thanks.
