You should change your color schema... It doesn't look professional at all. And you don't really have a decent design for your site. Add some blending and background images.

I suggest you start small and work your way up to a RPG. Start with learning HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP/MySQL, AJAX, and possibly Flash. Of course not all at once. But once you learn PHP/MySQL you can create an online RPG.
