Just one thing. I suggest that you put your shoutbox on the index page instead of having a popup for it. People do use popup blockers.

Its a little empty and the renders seem a bit choppy. Otherwise I like the bg and the colors.

I use Fireworks/Flash for images and animations, Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, and the FireFTP addon for Firefox.

I like the background, can't say much about the text thought, its hard as hell to read.

You should center the text more. It looks really boring on the right.

Black on bright blue doesn't help the eyes >< And your site doesn't work in IE6. People do still use IE6 ><

It all depends on what kind of template you want. If you want gaming templates, http://clantemplates.com has great ones otherwise I'd choose a different site.

Well you can add backgrounds and border images to blend it more otherwise its fine.

You guys may want to be more secure with what you are being sent. If you don't want to be send images or links or HTML in general I'd use strip_tag($message);

Windows XP. I've tried ubuntu and other free OS's but I felt I was just to used to Windows....

I've heard good things about both. I'd say they are about even to me.
