I had Un Suspended your Account.So go to Cpanel check error logs or Remove files that is causing the problem immediately .Remember this was your 3rd suspension.

As Humza mentioned your account is Suspended Under Zero tolerance policy .It is permanently suspended and you will not get your account back or any backup.Your account will be terminated automatically

What is your Cpanel username ? so i can confirm whether its terminated or not. Also if TERMINATED it cannot be Reactivated .You can signup for new account

Your name servers are correct and the page that is loading is the X10 hosting default new account index page.Just login to Cpanel and replace it with your index file from public_html folder
