For me http://stiks.ch and www.stiks.ch are working.Flush your DNS and try. You are using nameserver so it should not be a problem.That problem only when someone is using A records to point to server

What is you Cpanel username and on which server you were ?

You can unsuspend yourself from account pane http://x10osting.com/control

You can also try parking it in cpanel.

What is your domain name ? also did you try to park it

Did you register this domain www.flaghabbo.co.cc .It says still available. Register it in co.cc and then try
