Currently new signups are having some problems due to some upgradation. For co.cc domain you can register it from co.cc and you can park that domain in this hosting account

I mean your site url not cpanel url The cpanel url you gave is actually hyper linked to chopin. You can check it by clicking it.Are you sure you are on lotus server.I asked your site url to confirm it

It seems like your account is not fully registered.Since our Account Panel is under upgradation there are some problems with new user sign up. You can access FTP once your are fully registered and access Cpanel
