I hope u unsuspended your account from account panel. Some times it may be in queue .ie take time to unsuspend completely. Also Remember to login in forums to avoid suspensions again.Login to cpanel or account panel is not counted.

did you set your name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. When i checked it says namservers r not set

Usually this error comes if you had parked it before in a hosting account. Whts ur domain u r trying to park

No you cannot change the server

u should use ur cpanel user name and cpanel password. Port 21

Yes we can understand the inconvenience. In the NEWS or status section only ADMINS have the power to post. No other can post in that section.
