First remove redirect from co.cc then config the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com. After then try parking your domain in cpanel(u can aslo add it on addon) I just checked and i noticed that your nameservers are not configured

If you are planning for paid then go for it.This php mail() problem was also repoted by others. Admins will make it work. FOR PAID ACCOUNT YOU WILL RARELY FACE ANY PROBLEM.
