This error was fixed before sometime but back again.I had alerted the admin (Account Manager)about it

If you r not suspended then you can use "EXPORT" from phpmyadmin. This will create a backup of database and u can download it

make sure that the db server name is "localhost" without quotes

What is the error you get when login in cpanel. Login here http://x10hosting.com/login.php , here u can see whether ur account is suspended or not
