Just look in your cPanel, then in Fantastico or Softaculous. There are lots of forums you can install automatically from there. It would hardly be likely that x10 would provide these for you to install, if it was against their own rules now, would it?! ;)

Have you made sure that your new file over-wrote the old one that was in there? Have you cleared your browser's cache? What is your website so that we can check it?

If you want Arabic so badly, why are you coming to a site hosted in the U.S? Find one (or set one up yourself) in a country which speaks your own language natively. You can't expect other people to change their language to suit your needs..... ....especially as this is a Free webhost!
