Put the .htaccess file for Wordpress inside the Wordpress subfolder. Place the other one in the Zenphoto folder. I think that usually prevents any confliction.

Hello, yes this problem with the mail service will be fixed once we have discovered what is causing the problems. Regarding the spam, usually there is a feature that you can choose to mark future emails as spam or not, that should prevent you receiving the emails as spam in the future.

Have you tried removing the parked domain first? Then changing the nameservers in your domain setup?

No, i don't believe we have a time limit for posting ads on your site. As long as the ad codes don't use up a lot of server resources i am sure it will be fine.
