That's right. It may take a little longer to update back to x10, as you added the domain before its nameservers were set. :)

Click set up this domain now. Then choose nameservers from the list of 3 options. Enter these: ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com and submit the change. It should tell you that it has been successful etc. and that changes could take 48 hours to go through. And for personal use, they're free...

Your databases are there, it's just for some reason cPanel isn't seeing them. If you go into phpMyAdmin, everything should be there. :)
