There is obviously an issue. The domain is not in our management system, but as you say does link to one of our servers. What is the other account you have as you mentioned before? We can try to do some more digging then.

Yes, you can do it. You need to park the domain in your cPanel. To do this, log into your cPanel, click parked domains, and enter the domain you want to "forward". It must be set to x10's nameservers already. ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com
