Hi. I've seen this problem posted some time before, but I'm not sure that the solution ever got posted. Assuming the DNS has had enough time to propagate from when you set it up (can take 48hrs), it may be down to how you entered your address in cPanel. Is it a parked domain, or a sub-domain...

Yes, I'd seen that thread myself. Clearly that error message is a recurring problem now for lots of people (not me, fortunately) & we all just seem to be just guessing at what is happening. Either Support know about it & everyone's problem will be solved simultaneously when they fix it/...

It seems from the other threads that this error is a recurring problem at the moment. Strange, as I have no trouble at all logging in to my AMP or cPanel. I almost feel like I'm missing out on something! ;)
