That has been disabled. At least it was for awhile. Possibly the enabled it on your server for awhile. The problem was that with everybody doing 5 min cron jobs, it started to affect the mail server.

Do you have evidence that the cron jobs are running? And exactly what do you mean by 'mails from cron jobs'? Does your script send emails? Or are you talking about the emails that the cron daemon usually sends?
