Try using FTP or the cPanel-->File Manager to change the permissions of public_html to 0777, then deleting the folders, and then setting the permissions of public_html back to their original settings (write the settings down when you start).

I would suggest you talk to co.cc about your domain cscc.co.cc . It seems that they have reset the DNS records and the domain now points to one of their servers (the 500 error is from their server, not x10hosting).
