When you unsuspended yourself the first time, if you had not logged in to the forums before that, the system looked and saw that you are inactive and immediately put you back into the queue for suspension. The clock does not automatically reset when you unsuspend yourself.

If you cannot even see your site via a browser, but you can if you try via a proxy, it sounds like x10hosting has blocked your IP for some reason. Several failed logins(ie mistype password or username), trying to connect to ssh, too many FTP connections, etc seem to set off the firewall.
