People who were on Starka seem to be the ones that are affected. My account and a friend's are on Chopin and have not had problems. It might relate to DNS and the speed of propagating changes.

You are on Chopin (or you were on Starka and have been moved to the merged Chopin). The migration is slowing things down and also causing problems with DNS. Others in the same situation. All I can say is wait it out.

But I repeat. Apparently you do not own electricwally.com (I just went to godaddy and they show it as available). Whatever you upload to your account will not be available via electricwally.com until you do purchase it and point the DNS to x10's nameservers.

Try opening up the configuration file for the CMS and make sure that the HOST for the Database is set to "localhost". That is the "usual" culprit.

It depends on what is in the iFrame. If you load a full webpage, including javascript and css files, it can easily take longer to load. Even if you just take content out of the main page and load it through an iFrame, the browser has to make another request to the server, which takes time.
