I am glad to see you got this resolved. There seemed to have been a bug in our restore which caused some PHP issues across the board. We hopefully resolved most of these today for our members.

Hello, You may terminate your hosting service via your panel by clicking the service name and selecting terminate.

If you can provide the ISP Name for us or possibly an IP address that is attempting to connect that can not we can troubleshoot. Its possible the ISP itself is blocking and restricting access to our servers and by changing the DNS the ISP provides you are able to bypass the restrictions.

I see this may now be resolved? Anyone having similar issues you may visit the "Extra feature > Select PHP Version" to enable php modules or anything that may be missing.

You can set this up without any issue if you have your domain added to your direct admin account and pointed correctly. You will then be albe to create up to 2 accounts for this email address. You will not be able to do this if your service is currently having issues ie : x12 ad x14.
